terms & conditions

These general terms and conditions regulate the relationship between the users (USERS) and the website www.creativenikolova.com (THE SITE) regarding the services offered in graphic and web design.

1. These terms govern the relations between the USERS and the SITE regarding the design services provided.

2. www.creativenikolova.com is an information platform and portfolio where Users can:

  • View creative projects and services.
  • Send inquiries for individual projects via the contact form.
  • Receive information regarding the workflow and price ranges.

3. Direct online purchases cannot be made through the Site. Every order is considered accepted only after individual confirmation via email.

4. The Site does not require or accept payments via debit/credit cards or in cash.

5. All payments for agreed services are made exclusively via bank transfer to an account provided to the User after finalizing project details.

6. To comply with EU regulations (GDPR), the Site collects a minimal set of data.

7. The only personal information provided via the contact form is: Full name and Email address.

8. This data is used solely for inquiry identification and feedback. The Site guarantees that data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. All images, graphics, design concepts, and texts are subject to copyright. Copying or using them without consent is a violation of the law.

10. Rights to the final designs are transferred to the User only after project completion and receipt of full payment.

11. Since the services are based on individual projects and customer specifications (custom design), Users cannot exercise the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for already produced custom work, as per legal exceptions.

12. The Site aims to keep content up to date but is not liable for temporary technical issues or errors in prices/parameters until they are confirmed in writing.

13. The Site is not liable for damages resulting from content provided by the User for design purposes that violates third-party copyrights.

14. Use of the site and sending an inquiry is considered consent to these Terms and Conditions.

15. Any potential disputes shall be resolved through negotiations in good faith, and if impossible — according to the applicable Bulgarian legislation.
